One the bet has been place; the dealer deals themselves and you five cards. The player is allowed to look at their cards, but the dealer is only allowed to turn over one. When you have your cards you can choose to hold them or fold them. Once you have made your choice, the dealer will reveal their hole card. If you happen to be holding a hand that is better than the dealer, you win. Otherwise the house keeps the money.
It is in everyone best interest if the dealer is showing a king or an ace. If the dealer does not have one of these two cards, the hand is considered a void and you receive even ante.
Even though playing Caribbean stud on TitanPoker is confusing, there is also a chance of a decent payout. If the cards have been dealt and you are holding a flush you usually receive about $50 dollars. If you are holding four of kind the payout can be as much as $500.
When you are playing Caribbean stud, you are only allowed to bet on the hand you are currently playing. Not only are you not allowed to bet on the hands that the other players at your table are holding, you aren’t even suppose to be able to see them.
The one thing you need to remember when playing Caribbean Stud poker is that you are essentially playing against the house, and eventually, the house is going to win.
